Smaller update

Just a quick update this time to add three news plans and to modify two others.

I have added the following new plans:
1. Equal Sector Income Fund
2. MG Dividend & Income Fund
3. Sun Life Financial

I have also updated the following plans:
1. Daylight Energy Trust - added 5% discount
2. Toronto-Dominion Bank – removed 5% discount

    Similar to Manulife (MFC), the Sun Life (SLF) DRIP/SPP plan is heavy on the fees: http://tinyurl.com/wmxzo

    There is also GST on any fees applicable.
